Upon being awarded your move, your Precision Relocation sales representative assisted by a project manager will create an extremely detailed plan that will be the blue print for your successful relocation. They will work with you throughout the process to ensure that no detail is overlooked.
- Your representative will coordinate all the items listed below as well as any special requirements that are specific to your relocation.
- Schedule dates and times as well as the scope of work to be performed for each phase of your move.
- Conduct pre-move training for your designated move coordinators that will include the creation of a color-coding system as well as complete packing instructions.
- Assist customer in coordinating with property management to ensure free and clear access to loading areas as well as exclusive use of freight elevators during the move.
- Ensure that any special permits are obtained and that certificates of insurance are issued to both origin and destination facilities.
- Schedule delivery of boxes and computer bags as well as any other packing materials that may be required.
- Conduct a pre-move walk through with the move supervisor who will be directing the move crew.
